Two postcards

The two sizes that do almost every direct mail job

A 5×8.25 for offers, reminders and farming cards, and a 6×11 jumbo that owns the mailbox and doubles as an EDDM piece. Both on heavy cover stock, full color both sides, personalized per piece.

LawnWise 5×8.25 lawn care postcard: a before-and-after lawn photo, a 50% off first-treatment offer and a five-star review

5" × 8.25" postcard

Offers, reminders, follow-ups and farming cards with room for a photo, an offer and a map.

  • 14pt or 16pt cover, full color both sides, UV or matte coating
  • Mails as a USPS letter-size piece to your list: Marketing Mail or First-Class
  • Personalized per piece from your list or ours

Pure Southern Water 6×11 postcard: the two owners beside a whole-home filtration system, a free water analysis offer and a QR code

6" × 11" postcard

Jumbo cards that own the mailbox: real estate, home services, restaurants, grand openings, EDDM.

  • 14pt or 16pt cover, full color both sides, UV or matte coating
  • The largest letter-size card, and it clears the EDDM length rule, so it mails to a list or to every door on a route
  • EDDM-eligible: the same card can go to every door on a carrier route

Our work

Real postcards, printed and mailed

Real cards in the two sizes we sell, from mailings we have printed and mailed for lawn care, water treatment and dental clients. Every one went through the press, the addressing line and the USPS. Yours is built the same way: one offer, a picture that earns the mailbox, and a clear way to respond.

Why up to 60% less

The same mail, without the blended markup

Every direct mail job has three costs: printing, mail processing and postage. The big online printers roll them into one per-piece number. We quote them for your city and your job, which is why the same postcard costs up to 60% less here.

No blended markup

The big online printers fold printing, mail processing and postage into one per-piece number and set it at what the market will bear. We quote the three parts separately, priced for your city and your job, so the markup has nowhere to hide.

One production line

Printing, addressing, presort, inserting, bundling and USPS entry happen in one place, on our own equipment, which takes the middlemen and the outsourcing fees out of every job.

Two sizes, done well

A 5×8.25 and a 6×11 postcard cover nearly every direct mail job. Running two formats on repeat instead of forty keeps setup short and waste low, and that shows up in the quote.

Postage at cost

USPS postage is set by the Postal Service and is the same for everyone. We pass it through at the rate your mailing earns and say so on the quote.

How it works

Tell us the job, approve the proof. We do the rest.

  1. 1

    Tell us the job

A 5×8.25 or 6×11 postcard, to a list or as EDDM; how many; and which city. That is enough for a written quote, priced for your city, usually within a business hour.

  2. 2

Add the design and the audience

Upload a PDF or use a template. Upload your list, buy one, or pick carrier routes on the map. We clean the addresses and confirm the count.

  3. 3

Approve the proof and the quote

A digital proof with the address block and indicia in place, and the written quote for your city: printing, processing, postage. Nothing prints until you say so.

  4. 4

    We print, mail and report

In the mail within two business days. Delivery scans by ZIP and day, and every response tracked to the drop that produced it.

Why direct mail

The channel that still gets opened

Direct mail is read because it is physical: it arrives in the hand, sits on the counter and does not get filtered. The response numbers the industry publishes bear that out.

~5%average response to prospect lists in ANA response-rate studies, against about 1% for email
~9%average response when mailing existing customers (house lists), per the same studies
Every doorEDDM reaches each address on a carrier route with no list and no permit, at the lowest USPS rate
2 daysfrom approved proof to the USPS stream, on every standard job

Nationwide

Direct mail services in every major US city

One production line, every ZIP code the USPS delivers to, and a quote priced for the city you are mailing. The sixty largest metros each have a page on the postal geography, the businesses that mail there and what works.

EDDM cost, sizes and requirements: the 2026 guide

Every Door Direct Mail costs a flat USPS postage rate per piece plus printing. This guide covers the 2026 EDDM Retail and BMEU postage rates, the size rules that make a piece eligible, the indicia, the 200-to-5,000 quantity limits, and how to pick carrier routes.

EDDM vs. targeted direct mail: which one should you use?

EDDM reaches every door on a carrier route at the lowest USPS postage rate with no list; targeted direct mail reaches selected households at a higher postage rate plus a list. Which one wins depends on how many people on the street are your customer. Here is how to decide.

Answers

Direct mail questions, answered plainly

The questions we get on almost every first call, with the answers we give.

How much does direct mail cost?

It depends on the piece, the quantity, the mail class and the city it is going to, which is why we quote every job for its city instead of publishing a price list. Three things make up the cost: printing, mail processing and USPS postage. Send the size, the quantity and the city through the quote form and a written quote comes back, usually within a business hour, at up to 60% less than the big online printers.

How are you up to 60% less than other direct mail companies?

The big online printers and full-service agencies fold printing, mail processing and postage into one blended per-piece price set at whatever the market bears. We print, address, presort and enter mail on one production line, run two postcard sizes instead of forty, and quote the three costs separately for your city and your job, so the markup has nowhere to hide.

What postcard sizes do you offer?

Two: a 5×8.25 inch postcard and a 6×11 inch jumbo postcard, both on 14pt or 16pt cover stock in full color on both sides. The 5×8.25 mails as a letter-size piece to a list; the 6×11 mails to a list or, because it clears the EDDM length rule, to every door on a carrier route. Postcards are all we print.

Is there a minimum order?

No minimum for First-Class Mail, so you can send one postcard or fifty. USPS Marketing Mail, the cheaper class, requires at least 200 pieces per mailing because it is a presorted bulk rate. EDDM requires 200 pieces per mailing.

How long does it take from order to mailbox?

We print and enter the mail within two business days of proof approval. From there, First-Class pieces arrive in one to five business days, Marketing Mail in three to ten, and EDDM in three to seven. Plan on about two weeks end to end for a Marketing Mail campaign.

Do I need a mailing list?

Not for EDDM, which reaches every address on the carrier routes you choose. For targeted mail you can upload your own list, or we build one from national consumer and business databases by geography, demographics, home value, business type or new mover status, with counts before you commit.

Do you need a bulk mail permit to use your service?

No. Everything mails under our USPS permit with our indicia on the piece, so you never pay permit or annual mailing fees. Nonprofits with their own USPS authorization can mail under it through us to get the nonprofit rate.

Where do you mail?

Everywhere the USPS delivers: all 50 states, Washington DC and the US territories, with dedicated pages for the sixty largest metros. Mail is printed at our production facility and entered into the USPS network for delivery anywhere in the country, and every job is quoted for the city it mails to.

Can you design the postcard?

Yes. Free editable templates are included for both postcard sizes, custom design is quoted with the job, and any artwork you upload is preflighted free of charge before it prints.
